   Well, it’s a shame they’re using the same name indeed, but their website has been up since nov. 05: http://whois.domaintools.com/seoreportcard.com

   True. If you used the name first, then it belongs to you.

   It seems like Zunch isn’t the only company that’s using SEO Report Card, I came upon this page: http://www.vkistudios.com/seo-report-card.html on VKI Studio’s website. Apparently, they have trademarked the name….
