It's been really hard for me to de-stress and manage my time since my daughter was born. I'm a little unorganized to begin with, but add a child in the mix and two more part time jobs and I'm definitely a ball of stress! I stress about the little things like dishes in the sink. After reading your article, I am going to try some of the things you suggested, as in addressing what specific thing that I can address is bothering me and taking care of it immediately.
