Our #1 priority as a company is our company culture. We believe that if we get the culture right, most of the other stuff, including great customer service, will fall into place on its own.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The &quot;right culture&quot; is a great way to put it. Every company is different and they all must find their own path. Zappos is a great example to learn from. I've signed up for a few of their RSS feeds Blog and Twitter.&lt;br /&gt;
